1.- How to order

To shop in our store, click on "Collections" or “Manai Shop” and select the collection for women or for girls to learn more about our products.

Once you have selected the specific attributes and quantity, press the “Buy” button to add the product to your shopping cart. A message will be displayed that gives you the choice to either continue shopping or go directly to checkout. If you continue to shop and click on your order, the page loads with all the details of the order and you can update the quantity or remove products on this page. You can continue shopping or complete your order.
When you press "Finish order" you must log in or register to continue the process and follow the four steps to terminate the order: Shipping address, shipping methods, payment methods and Finish order.

2.- Currencies and taxes

The prices on this website are displayed in Euros, taxes included.

For purchases that are delivered to Spain, VAT is included in the price.

Purchases where the place of delivery is the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla shall be considered outside the EU, and hence are exempt from payment of the 16% VAT. In this case, the costs of customs clearance and import duties are not covered in the price of goods or the shipment, these costs must be paid on arrival by the receiver of the goods.

For purchases delivered within the EU, the VAT is already included in the price.

3.- Payment System

- Transfer

If you select bank transfer as your payment method, along with the order confirmation you will receive an e-mail which will include the account number and the name SUSANA FRAILE PRIETO to whom your funds will be transferred.

It is very important to indicate in the subject "Order No. xxxx", your first and last name, and complete the transfer within 3 days of order placement to ensure order completion.

Remember, you must make payment in Euros and that all exchange commissions are paid by your account when choosing this payment system. In the case of bank transfers made from abroad it is very important to communicate always order the transfer to your bank to take over the committees in origin, those bank fees and charges relating to his institution. 4.- Shipping methods and costs

Shipments within the Iberian Peninsula will be sent by UPS with a price of 10 Euros per package. Shipments to the Canary Islands will be made using Correos with a cost of 17 Euros per package.

For purchases where the place of delivery is the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the costs of customs clearance and import duties are not covered in the prices of articles or in the shipment, these costs must be paid for by the recipient of merchandise.

For shipments outside the European Union, the customs clearance charges and import taxes are not covered in the prices of the items or shipping costs. The customs agents of each country will apply the appropriate tax; these expenses must be paid on arrival by the receiver of the goods.

5.- Delivery

After placing your order we will immediately contact you to inform as accurately as possible the total delivery time; including the manufacturing process, which varies depending on the model and specifications.

6.- Quality Guarantee

We guarantee absolute satisfaction of our products in terms of clothing, fabric and design.

Each garment is made entirely by hand, one by one, paying attention to every detail and every stage of manufacture. Each piece is sent in perfect condition after a thorough quality control.

Defects or damage due to normal wear and tear or improper use or handling, are not included in this warranty.

The shortages in the functionality of the items, due to the limits of the same design, are also excluded from the coverage of this warranty.

7.- Calculate size

The easiest and most accurate for calculating the size measuring is performed on a shirt fits you very well. It is very important to place it flat on a table and measure from seam to seam. Please take into account if the fabric is very elastic as this could potentially stretch and cause a poor measurement. See table below for size.

8.- Returns

In compliance with the Law of the Retail Trade 47/2002 we accept the return of our products with the following conditions *:

When returning a product, we must be notified of your intention within 7-days after receipt of the product by either an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or by phone at 983 555 841.

The product will not have been used, washed or damaged and it will be returned in its original packing with corresponding labels placed on the garment. A copy of the purchase invoice is to be included with the return.

The customer shall bear the shipping costs of returning the product.

The cost of the product (including the original shipping cost) will be refunded to the customer within 30 business days from receipt of the return.

* We will not accept the return of any product manufactured to the specifications of the customer.

Under Article 45 paragraph b) Law of Retail Trade 47/2002

Unless otherwise agreed, the provisions of the preceding article shall not apply to:

b) Contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized or which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly

9.- Cleaning and care of garment

It is very important to follow the washing instructions in order to prolong the life of the garment.

• Hand-wash up to 30 º C inside out without squeezing or wringing out the garment.
• Do not soak. Use a short spin cycle to remove excess water.
• Do not use drying machine and no bleach.
• Hang to dry with inside side out without exposing to direct sunlight.
• Iron lightly using delicate setting.

All information provided by customers of manaicamisetas.com will be incorporated into a database owned by Susana Fraile Prieto used only to process purchase orders; to facilitate browsing and buying of articles; and to inform of new products, special offers and news related to the products offered on this website.
